Infrastructure transformation: You are responsible for the expansion of the “network of the future” and increase transparency in the low-voltage network through digitalization Capital Upturn: Operational control of target network planning 2040 with doubled volume to approx. € 11–12 million Process digitization: Integration of the system landscape (Lovion, XAP, SLT) to further develop digital process chains Asset Management: Control of the Building Program for Supply Security and Economics Guided by three departments with about 90 employees and accompanying the change to proactive design Stakeholder Management: Discharge of Management and Diplomatic Exchange with 48 Local Partners

Foundation: Complete study of electrical engineering (energy technology), industrial engineering or a comparable qualification with well-founded practical experience Expertise: Multiannual experience in controlling extensive investment and infrastructure programs as well as safety in handling technical regulations Strategic vision: You think in long-term target network structures and consistently translate strategic goals into concrete action programmes Digitalisation affinity: You drive the use of modern IT (e.g. mobile construction) and innovative technologies to eliminate the “network-blindness” Management competence: You provide orientation in change processes and develop your team towards more self-responsibility and proactive design culture Communication: You act sovereignly, close to the team and diplomatically intelligently in exchange with the management and municipal shareholders Macher mentality: You combine technical details with a pragmatic hands-on mentality to successfully control the investment run in the network area

You take over a newly created key position on the second guide level and design the massive network expansion in a technically demanding environment with two control zones.
