To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Negotiation & Contract Manager (m/w/d), who is strategically involved in the design and implementation of our offer and contract negotiations. They contribute significantly to expanding our business relationships and establishing long-term partnerships. Your expertise in contract design and negotiation ensures the economic success of our company. In detail, your tasks are as follows: They analyse customer requirements and contractual conditions for strategic preparation of pending negotiations. They develop and implement effective negotiation strategies. They identify cross- and upselling potentials during contract preparation. They conduct negotiations with national and international customers as well as partners. They actively support Sales Manager in offering processes and contract negotiations. You create and examine contracts and conduct legal research. You manage and update the contract templates, collect the contract data and deadlines, execute contract scans in the contract database and monitor the contractual deadlines. They analyze and evaluate legal risks in existing and planned business relationships. They organise and conduct reference visits to existing customers.

You have a completed commercial/legal vocational training or a completed commercial/legal study (e.g. business lawyer - Dipl., LL.B. or LL.M.). You have at least 3 years of professional experience as contract manager, negotiator or in a similar position. You have experience in leading negotiations. They are versed in the creation and testing of contracts. They have a very good understanding of economic relations. They speak very well German and English. You have good user knowledge in MS Office.
