The ProCurand Group is an operating and holding company operating facilities with full-time care, outpatient care services and service life in the federal states of Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony-Anhalt, Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. As a residence manager (m/w/d), you take over the overall responsibility for the organizational, economic and personnel management of the residence and ensure a consistently high quality of service. You coordinate the rental management and make sure that new tenants (m/w/d) feel good from the outset. In addition, you continuously optimize the organizational structures and support the strategic development of the residence. You work closely with the management, the central departments, the board of tenants and the executives and, with clear and empathic leadership, promote a valuable work culture. Through the planning of community activities, you strengthen the tenant satisfaction and anchor the ProCurand service quality in all our areas.

Qualification & Experience A completed training or study – like in the field of house management or hotel industry – as well as multi-year professional experience form the basis. First management experience, business understanding and solid IT skills (MS Office, Vivendi) will also help you. Personality & communication You distinguish openness, authenticity and sense of responsibility.
