Our customer develops innovative mechanical, semi-automatic and automatic parking systems that meet the highest standards of quality, safety and innovation. Strategic Purchasing: Control of the entire procurement process from creation to monitoring orders from national and international suppliers.

Cost and efficiency management: optimization of delivery times and sustainable reduction of procurement costs.

Supplier management: Identification, evaluation and qualification of new suppliers (presumably in Germany and the EU) as well as results-oriented negotiations for cost reduction and budget maintenance.

Contract management: supervision of procurement contracts and evaluation of alternative solutions.

Budget responsibility: management of department budgets (operating and investment costs) and continuous cost analysis.

System integration: Routinized handling of modern ERP/MES systems for orders, accounting and request processing.

Process optimization: Continuous further development of procurement processes to increase efficiency.

Founded and multi-year professional experience in purchasing, ideally in a production or industrial company.

Comprehensive knowledge in handling ERP/MES systems.

A pronounced commercial understanding paired with excellent negotiation skills.

High organisational capacity and competence to coordinate several tasks simultaneously.

A high level of responsibility and professional resistance.

Negotiating knowledge of German and English in word and writing are advantageous.

Technical understanding is desirable.
