Your workplace

The Oedeme residential community provides twelve seats for young people aged 12 to 21. In our institution, young people have the opportunity to self-contain and develop in three stages. They are supported and supervised in the management of their everyday life as well as in the requirements of school, internship or training. Our offer includes individual and group talks, leisure education and work with relatives. Young people can improve their resilience, conflict and reflectivity and develop a future perspective.

Your duties

• You are part of the everyday life of young people, and you plan and carry out the care, assistance, counselling and care activities in daily cooperation as well as special leisure activities
• They communicate confidently and constructively with young people, parents and relatives, as well as external partners:
• They accompany the aid plan procedure in a conscientious manner according to § 36 SGB VIII and prepare development reports in order to be able to optimally reflect and promote the development processes of young people.
• They are happy to work in an interlayer model to help young people with a need-oriented and helpful approach.
• They are important for team work, actively participate in team meetings, theme days, specialist consulting, team days and supervision
