Your role In your role as a Site Documentation Specialist (m/w/x), the Real Estate Management (REM) organization will support you in developing a structured document management system and take responsibility for further tasks. These are: Participation, establishment and maintenance of the documentation structure and legally compliant documentation (owner obligations)

Monitoring and coordination of all documentation processes

Creation of uniform documentation requirements for Reals Estate Management in compliance with the location specifications

Creation and maintenance of a digital and audit-proof depositing structure for contract management and participation in audits (internal audits, insurance audits, security audits, quality assurances)

Maintenance of the software used and participation in optimization processes within the REM organization

General support of the Head of Cluster, e.g. in the creation of presentations, loggings, billing-relevant tasks, appointments etc.

Complete bachelor's degree, ideally with focus on facility– or real estate management or the like.

Funded expertise in facility or real estate management, desirable in an internationally operating group

Extensive knowledge in document management and structuring large amounts of data

Safe handling of CAFM or comparable database systems

Responsible and self-organizing work combined with high quality standards

Secure communication skills in German and English (word and font) for stakeholder management and readiness for occasional service trips to Zeiss locations in the German-speaking region
