You plan, design and perform individual sports and sports activities for our residents (e.g. gym, swimming or individual promotion of movement) and adapt them to their personal skills and needs You guide group offers in the field of exercise and health (e.g. gymnastics or Nordic walking) and strengthen the mobility, well-being and social participation of our residents You actively take care of the everyday life of our residents and are part of the care service. You accompany, support and support them individually in their everyday design and contribute to their quality of life You advise and support our employees to integrate movement-promoting measures and back-saving work into everyday life, and carry out internal training on relevant topics You develop creative and tailor-made ranges of movement and build cooperation with regional sports and movement partners You work closely with the team of the respective residence and actively contribute to the holistic care and promotion of our residents

You have completed training or studies in the field of sports therapy, sports science, exercise education or a comparable qualification You enjoy working with people with disabilities and a strong interest in inclusive movement promotion You bring empathy, social competence as well as an appreciative approach to different realities of life You are able to plan, organize and implement offers independently You work reliably, team-oriented and structured Ideally, you have already gained experience in the social, educational or rehabilitation field You are ready to work flexibly, even on weekends
