Newcare Holding Controller (m/w/d) Cooperation in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts Optimization and further development of the controlling instruments Participation in the creation of budget and forecast planning Support in the creation of the group-internal KPI reporting Preparation of analyses for cost optimization Creation of short-term ad hoc analyses and data processing Further development of our reporting tools and early detection support Interface to specialist departments (e.g. accounting, personnel and purchasing) as well as contact persons for operating units in commercial matters

Successfully completed economic studies with a focus on controlling / finance or a comparable commercial qualification About 2-3 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally focusing on reporting activities. Alternative career starters with relevant internships or working student activity in controlling Good knowledge of financial accounting Secure application of MS Office (especially Excel) German language skills in word and writing Communication competence, proactive and structured working methods and entrepreneurial thinking combined with pronounced analytical skills and a number affinity Excellent IT affinity and experience in working with DATEV and with controlling databases
