In the real estate business field, you take over the complete project organization and control of construction projects of the real estate industry. Their tasks are versatile and include not only commercial buildings, housing modernizations but also individual construction measures.

Control and implementation of construction measures in reconstruction, repair and modernization Construction performance of construction projects in turnkey interior construction Preparation and support in the tendering and awarding of follow-up hours Control of subcontractor services and coordination of cross-company construction Responsibility for quality, dates and costs of construction projects Measurement and audit of construction services Processing of warranty cases

Technical training in the building industry (completed study of architecture or construction engineering, technicians or craftsmen) Knowledge of the handling of construction measures Experience in building renovation or modernization is advantageous Safe application of VOB Structured and independent operation and transposition capability Communication strength and team capacity Class B driving licence, very good computer and German skills
