Do you want to use your experience in the FMCG area to move big in a dynamic environment? As (Senior) Category Manager (gn), you actively shape growth in key channels such as food, drugstore, OOH/Convenience and sports. We'll look for you if you don't just want to introduce your expertise, but also want to go new ways with us. Your mission to us You shape sales areas based on shopper insights and develop solutions that promote sales and engagement in prioritized channels You are driving forward the implementation of the Perfect Store strategy – from strategic product placement to improving the entire customer journey You develop individual planograms and shelf solutions that optimally put our products on the scene You are responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of our B2B displays and work closely with suppliers You develop point-of-sale materials and training materials that sustainably support category growth You will become the requested category Advisor and conduct joint initiatives on category growth development with trading partners

Your experience & skills You bring deep knowledge about FMCG products and categories and know current market trends You understand the needs of buyers and retailers and optimise the shopping experience through sophisticated merchandising strategies You use your understanding of buyer psychology to influence purchasing decisions with targeted product placement and promotions You think strategically and develop marketing plans based on long-term goals You are safe in handling Nielsen data and classic retail KPIs from GfK and meet data-based decisions You communicate clearly, convincingly and feel comfortable in cross-functional teams You have a self-confident appearance and represent our category leadership sovereignly to the outside In a dynamic environment, you keep an overview of several projects and ensure smooth operations
