• Workation: Up to 30 calendar days on the piece and up to 90 calendar days within 12 months if it allow the framework conditions in the selected EU country Various tasks As with other team members, you are actively working on the development and implementation of suggestions for improvement in service management. Your common focus is the quality and solution speed. ISMS and IT security: You ensure and implement security measures to protect system-critical data and processes. Stakeholder Management: You communicate and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. You make sure that the operating process is carried out in the service according to defined requirements, writes and reports documentation regularly about the service status and performance. Convincing profile You have a successfully completed university study of (economic) informatics or comparable professional experience. You know how to maintain and operate complex IT services, especially in the field service environment. An ITIL certification or comparable qualifications to meet ISO standards 9000, 20000 and 27001 are advantageous. You want to be successful together in the team and advance the BW networks, not losing sight of goals and budget, your strong analytical and problem-solving skills are targeted to identify and solve complex technical problems. You have very good communication and team skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
