As Head of Sales Management Individual customers, you are responsible for the management, support, development, promotion and assessment of employees according to the management principles of the Kreissparkasse Ludwigsburg. They control the organisational unit, develop and implement operational and qualitative targets taking into account a cost-conscious and targeted resource use. Your tasks include planning, controlling and implementing strategic and operational sales management tasks for our individual business (company and corporate customers, private banking/earth management). They develop support concepts as well as sales support and intensification measures and contribute to digitalization. They are responsible for the interface management between the specialist departments, guide and cooperate in the various projects.
