As part of our digital transformation, we are looking for reinforcement in the implementation of innovative projects in the production environment – with the focus on digitization, automation and sustainable efficiency enhancement. Identification of projects and feasibility studies for the digitization and automation of manufacturing processes, evaluation of the technical and economic feasibility and management of these until the completion of the implementation

Observation of new technologies and trends, analysis of relevance and testing of applicability within operations

Preparation of strategic directional decisions by elaborating business cases, drafting project proposals and prioritization based on cost-effectiveness and feasibility

Introduction of comprehensive standards and concepts to increase the degree of digitization and automation of processes and workflows in cooperation with the respective specialist departments

Support for areas of expertise in digital transformation, including through training for employees and managers

Ensuring cross-linking and knowledge transfer to the individual production areas

successfully completed technical or scientific university studies, ideally complemented by additional economic qualification

multiannual professional experience in cross-functional work environments with numerous interfaces and well-founded experience in stakeholder management across all hierarchical levels

well-founded knowledge in the fields of Industry 4.0, Machine Learning, Automation, Internet of Things (IoT) and Robotics, as well as a good understanding of technical relationships around databases and machine interfaces

strong enthusiasm for the opportunities of digitalisation – combined with the ability to systematically evaluate and implement potentials within it
