Take over in this responsible position You provide the financial management of the company, advise the management strategically and actively shape the financial processes. At the same time, you run a five-person accounting team and thus shape the further development of the entire financial sector.

HAPEKO (www.HAPEKO.de) is represented throughout Germany with more than 20 locations. In this position you take over the overall responsibility for accounting and run a 5-member team. You control the company from Controlling-Sicht and strategically advise the management. You are responsible for the timely and appropriate preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts (HGB & IFRS) and act as a contact person (m/w/d) for auditors and tax advisers. You analyse projects, maintenance contracts and margins to control profitability in a targeted manner. You continuously develop budget, forecast and reporting processes.

You have completed business studies with a focus on finance, controlling or a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded controlling experience from an industrial company with project business and have ideally also looked after service areas such as maintenance and repair. You have comprehensive knowledge of HGB and IFRS, including annual financial statements and experience in cooperation with auditors (audit). You have knowledge of German and good English and have experience in dealing with SAP. You are an experienced leader with convincing appearance and enforcement ability.
