You are responsible for the management and control of projects in the field of TGA with a focus on building automation at our site. You plan, coordinate and support new, remodelling and modernization measures and ensure efficient, energy-efficient and trouble-free operation of building automation. You control external planning offices, specialist firms and service and maintenance service providers and accompany tenders, awards and technical implementation of the projects. You develop technical concepts and specifications, accompany operations, functional testing and acceptance, and derive sustainable optimization measures from operational disturbances. You work closely with the internal departments and coordinate the internal intersections.

(m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) in the field of supply technology, electrical engineering, building automation or a comparable field; Alternatively, you will have a completed bachelor's degree in a corresponding technical course. You provide several years of professional experience in the planning, project management or in the operation of building facilities, ideally in an industrial environment. You have characteristics of building automation, MSR technology and building control, as well as experience with communication protocols such as BACnet, KNX or Modbus. You are convinced by their extensive communication and organizational capabilities and experience in managing external project partners. Your profile is rounded off by a streamlined, self-responsible and solution-oriented mode of operation and a secure occurrence against internal and external response partners.
