As an employee of education and education, you are responsible for the pedagogical support of our training processes in the Academy (w) and (m). Together with our trainers you support our training work, especially in all processes of personality formation. As an interface to the schools, you coordinate the communication between the 1st FC Köln and the schools of our players, advise on questions of career planning and support in acute action needs.

Together with the team leader Sportpsychology and pedagogy, you continuously develop our pedagogy concept. You support our trainers in implementing the training content, especially in the field of personality development. You are a contact person for the parents of our players, coordinate enquiries and support for educational questions. You are central to the schools of our players and coordinate the communication between school and 1st FC Köln. You advise on issues of school career planning and support in case of acute action needs. You co-ordinate our school remedies and develop them. You are in regular exchange with the employees of the Sportinternate and ensure close cooperation with the Academy. Together with the team leader Sportpsychology and pedagogy, you develop a program for “Dual Care”, especially for our older academy players and support them in connecting performance and education.

You have successfully completed an educational course, a degree in the field of (social) education or a comparable qualification. You bring first experiences in junior performance sports, ideally in football. You have experience and joy in dealing with children and adolescents. You are an organizational institution, working very structured and reliable. You're communication-strong, responsive and enjoy working on the team. You are open to innovations and enjoy developing new ideas. You will be confident and confident and behave professionally in dealing with parents, players and representatives of other stakeholders. You work independently, solution-oriented and with a high level of commitment.
