Responsibility for ongoing financial accounting and operational accounting Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts by HGB Implementation and further development of the controlling and creation of key figures, analyses and reports Support for liquidity planning and payment transactions Monitoring of debt and liabilities management Contact person for tax advisors, banks, insurance companies and authorities Participation in budget planning, forecasts and cost-effectiveness calculations Optimization and digitization of financial and administrative processes Accompanying the introduction and further development of ERP systems, in particular Microsoft Dynamics Accompanying the move of Lexware to Microsoft Dynamics for financial accounting Coordination of administrative tasks in the field of real estate and fleet Technical support and further development of commercial employees Ensuring compliance with legal, fiscal and operational requirements

Successfully completed commercial training with further training to the accounting book holder (IHK), tax specialist or comparable qualification, alternative business studies Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting Good knowledge of accounting according to HGB Experience in controlling and reporting Secure handling of ERP systems, at best Microsoft Dynamics or Navision, as well as common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Structured, independent and conscientious operation Embossed numerical understanding and analytical thinking High reliability and sense of responsibility Communication strength and team capacity First leadership experience or willingness to take responsibility for employees
