What are you wearing?

• In your new role, you take over the Sustainability Project Management of an innovative railway project.
• They are contact persons of the Mobility Services for the topic “Sustainability in Service” and represent the interests of the company internally and externally.
• To do this, you work closely with experts to identify, store and make available life cycle data from railway components and services.
• They design an eco balance for spare parts and maintenance processes to identify and develop upgrade and reprocessing strategies to extend the service life of rail vehicles.
• They present in front of senior management, communicate professionally with our international partners and develop training programs for staff on sustainable practices.
• They are co-designers of Siemens Mobility' sustainability initiatives and ensure that our activities match the EU sustainability rules and the global sustainability objectives of Siemens.
• They have an understanding of sustainability standards (ISO 14001, ISO 50001, GRI, etc.) and are familiar with circular economy, reduction of carbon footprint and green energy.

What do you bring?

• They have a completed master's degree in engineering or similar fields of study.
• You have first experience in process management and sustainable business Sustainability.
• Ideally you have project experience and experience in the mobility industry.
• They possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as an independent and result-oriented way of working.
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills in German and English complete your profile.
