Working Student / Intern in Human Resources (m/f/d)

Create the basis for your HR career now and become part of our Germany-wide HR team as part of a multi-month internship or a working student activity. In our international environment, you will get to know the areas of recruiting & applicant management, employee care, labour law aspects and HR controlling at the Feldkirchen site. As part of a variety of HR projects, you can work in various areas and are responsible for implementing the following topics: Active participation in the care of employees on various personnel topics, including on- and off-boarding, transfers, production of contracts and work certificates Self-employed coordination and accompaniment of recruiting, including coordination of interviews and candidate correspondence Participation in HR marketing and personnel development Active support of HR projects and independent processing of project tasks

Studies in the field of economics or social sciences or a comparable degree programme sovereign handling of MS Office applications (Power-Point, Excel, Word) Quick conception and independent, reliable and precise operation Engagement, flexibility and enthusiasm for HR topics of all kinds Good communication skills and high service orientation Very good German knowledge and good English skills
