A completed training in the hotel industry, ideally in the area of hotel compartment or hotel management First professional experience at the hotel reception or in the reservation area is of advantage – motivated professionals are also welcome A warm host personality with joy in dealing with people and pronounced service orientation A friendly, safe and professional appearance to guests, colleagues and business partners Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Organisational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working Team spirit, reliability and willingness to take responsibility Flexibility and joy to offer an excellent guest service together with our team Safe handling of current MS Office applications Experience with a hotel PMS (e.g. Opera Cloud) is advantageous, but no requirement readiness for shift services (breakfast, late, night and occasional weekend and holiday services) Enthusiasm for making our guests an unforgettable stay every day
