Completed training as a state-recognized educatorin / Healing Educational Careerin (w/m/d) or a completed study in one of the following areas: Education, Educational Science, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Social Education or Medical Education Professional experience in child and youth assistance, ideally in the field of self-employment First experiences in the technical guidance or team coordination are desirable Organisational strength, sense of responsibility and an independent working Impressed communication and conflictability and resource-oriented pedagogical attitude Willingness to participate actively in support services and flexible working hours Safe handling of documentation and help planning driving licence class B The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
