You plan modern software products and implement them independently – step by step you become an expert or expert in application development. You will design and create database models yourself to seamlessly integrate them into our software products. Together with experienced colleagues, you will learn how to develop applications with Java and Python and connect them with modern web technologies. The implementation of web user interfaces with the JavaScript library React is one of your tasks – thereby gaining profound knowledge of modern UX/UI design. After development, you test your software independently, analyze errors systematically and document your implementation. During the entire development process, you work in agile teams and learn proven working methods such as Scrum and Kanban.

You bring a middle school degree, a (special) abitur, a few semesters study or an already completed training – with us also your personality, not only the educational path. You want to get to know the digital world in the healthcare system and actively shape the IT future at one of the largest health insurance companies in Germany. Technology and innovation inspire you – current IT trends are interesting. Logical thinking is your strength, and with the English language you'll be fine. You don't think in problems, but in solutions, and bring a communicative way. Ideally, you could get a first insight into software development. Very good knowledge of German at least C1 level round off your profile and enable professional communication

In your training, you will visit several of our locations and get to know various areas of expertise. With flexible working hours and up to 37 days a year, enough time remains for friends, family and leisure. In addition, the 24th and 31st December unemployed. After the installation, you can also work in the home office – a mobile device is of course available to you. We accompany you from the outset – with targeted seminars, regular feedback talks and personal support by qualified trainers.
