Operations Manager / Concessionaire SHK (m/f/d)

Technical management and further development of the SHK operation Takeover of the function as a concession carrier Leadership, motivation and development of employees Responsibility for the training of junior staff Control and optimization of operational processes Support and advice of existing and new customers Conduct negotiations with customers, suppliers and business partners Support in offering scaling and project execution Ensuring technical and qualitative standards Operational support in day-to-day business as needed

Master SHK, state-tested technician SHK, engineering utility technology/TGA or comparable qualification Training (AEVO) or Permission to train skilled workers Multiannual professional experience in the SHK environment Management experience as well as pleasure in employee development Communication strength, safe occurrence and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial thinking and sales-oriented working methods Willingness to also carry out operations if necessary driving licence class B Cold ticket of advantage, but no condition
