Manager Processes & Automation (m/f/d)

In this role, you analyze processes, develop improvements and bring automation into implementation. You work closely with different disciplines and make sure that ideas become concrete, effective solutions.

Your tasks

You analyze existing processes and identify optimization and automation potentials. You develop practical solutions to increase efficiency in close coordination with the departments. You accompany the introduction and further development of standardized processes and workflows. You coordinate and control measures to automate recurring processes. You work with different stakeholders across the range and ensure a clean implementation. You document processes, standards and changes comprehensible and addressable. You support the selection, introduction and development of suitable tools and digital solutions. You consistently follow measures and ensure that improvements are sustainably anchored in everyday life. You bring your own ideas, question existing ones and actively contribute to the further development of our organization.

You have a degree in economics, business informatics, process management, operations or a comparable qualification. You bring first or multi-year experience in the fields of process management, automation, project management, operations or business improvement. You have a good understanding of operational processes and quickly recognize relationships and potential for improvement. You work structured, analytical and solution-oriented. You can advance themes autonomously and coordinate different interests at the same time. You convince by communication strength, implementation orientation and a pragmatic mindset. You have the pleasure of designing processes not only, but also in practice. You are sure to deal with common office applications; Experience with process or automation tools is a plus. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
