As a training master (d/w/m), you take on the professional, educational and disciplinary responsibility for our trainees, promote their development and promote modern, practical and safe vocational training together with the team. You work closely with specialist departments, professional schools, chambers and other partners.

Leadership, motivation and development of trainees, taking into account our guidance, including the management of evaluation and promotion talks with trainees. Practical placement of basic and core qualifications as well as interdisciplinary skills and knowledge to our trainees in the field of mechatronics and automation technology. Implementation of all HSE-relevant requirements as part of a secure, modern and economic training at the site. Quality assurance in initial vocational training and implementation as well as compliance with the IHK training framework plan in accordance with vocational training. Management, organisation and monitoring of trainees' operations and coordination of training content with the training officers of the companies. Support for operational electrical and mechanical workshops as required. Planning and implementation of application interviews, participation in training marketing (e.g. participation in trade fairs, exhibitions etc.) and support for (university) practitioners.

Successfully completed vocational training as a mechatronic (d/w/m) or comparable (electro-skilled/EFK required). Additional qualification to the technician (d/w/m) or master (d/w/m) with proof of the training (AEVO). Good knowledge of power plants and the power plant company with well-founded professional experience and well-founded knowledge in the areas: conventional turning, milling, welding and transmission technology. Joy in working with young people paired with pedagogical skills and strong commitment as well as high awareness of occupational safety and environmental protection as well as social commitment. Self-employed and structured working methods. Secure handling of Microsoft Office products and SAP. German language skills. Plus no need Good English skills.
