We are looking for a:n

Teamleiter (m/w/d) You take over the leadership of our control unit (ECC – European Control Center) and thereby contribute significantly to the successful management of the operating daily business You are responsible for a well-coordinated and safe operation You are responsible for the personnel and resources disposition in our barley – even in the case of short-term adjustments to the operational requirements You ensure the incorporation, professional support and further development of our colleagues and promote a good team culture You are driving forward the continuous improvement of processes and cross-departmental cooperation

Successfully completed training in the railway, logistics or forwarding environment or a comparable qualification with a ground-based focus At least two years of professional experience in business management, disposition or rail transport At least one year of professional experience as a manager Knowledge of railway operations and at least basic knowledge of locomotive, car and train safety techniques Responsibility, decision-making and communication strength Good knowledge of German and English as well as a structured and solution-oriented method
