Your New Task

• You offer our residents: targeted and individual support within the framework of the reference service
• Together with our team, you will create the living together in the house in a variety of ways and with much empathy
• In cooperation with our interdisciplinary team, you take over the individual rehabilitation plan for the residents:inside
• You like to develop our pedagogical concepts and do not hesitate from administrative tasks

You're...

• educators:in, nurses:in, social pedagogue/social pedagogue or have a comparable qualification
• learn how to work with people in the professional orientation and training phase
• a team player and draws you from communication and conflict skills as well as organizational skills
• positively adjusted to people with disabilities
• ready to work flexibly in time (day services, late services up to 9 p.m. and up to two weekend services per month)
