With the help of clear, stringent processes and the targeted use of digitalization and AI, employees and executives in the production areas can be optimally digitally supported and the efficiency in production increased. For this purpose, we bundle the necessary process, digitization and automation competence within Mercedes-Benz Cars Operations in our Center for Technology & System Engineering. During your internship in the center coordination, you will support the center management in their activities. These include, among other things, the processing and control of personnel demand planning and the budget and capacity planning of the Center, the cross-departmental coordination of strategic topics and their communication within the Center, as well as the organisation of internal events. These tasks come to you, among others: Working in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops, work and management meetings Support in the organisation and implementation of various executive and employee events Working with the creation and implementation of internal communication and change management initiatives Preparation of presentations and policy proposals for international management at board level Support for personnel planning and the budget and capacity planning of the Center Participation in the control and implementation of the comprehensive communication within the Center Creation and updating of standards and best practice approaches Takeover of independent tasks and projects (process optimization and digitalization) The activity can begin from July 2026.
