You will implement requirements together with our development team, from concept to development, testing to live performance. You support our departments in the development of digital and cross-departmental processes You are writing Use Cases, defining and specifying requirements in the form of User Stories, forming test cases and performing them In the prioritization of the Product Backlog, you support the benefits, usability and added value and make sure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent and understandable at all times You ensure the timely delivery of the product releases and support in sprint planning and reviews. As Product Owner, you are the interface between sales, marketing, service department, IT and management. You inform the employees of Bauder about the innovations and thus ensure a successful introduction and use of the CRM

You have completed university studies in the fields of business, (economic) informatics or comparable completed vocational training You have at best over 1-3 years of experience as a product owner or project manager and have ideally made first experiences with Salesforce or experience in introducing a CRM system Deep understanding of business processes in the areas of sales, marketing and services are advantageous You already have experience in the moderation of workshops as well as persuasiveness and security in the presentation of complex issues with You are a team player who likes to work in cross-departmental, international teams You love bringing your topics forward independently, are communicative and profiting from your pronounced hand-on mentality In addition to your communication strength, you bring analytical thinking and draw your attention through your agile working You speak German and English fluently
