Infrastructure and development planning as part of the factory and site master planning for industrial and high-tech projects Development of concepts for external and internal development (roads, factory traffic, logistics), media and transport planning (disposal and disposal) as well as drainage, rainwater management and thickening Analysis and assessment of location factors (topography, inventory, media, traffic, environmental conditions) in early project phases Cooperation or management of feasibility studies, location comparisons and concept planning Coordination of infrastructural solutions with architecture, TGA, structural planning, authorities, reviewers and specialist planning Creation and processing of infrastructure and location plans in 2D/3D (CAD) Consideration of relevant regulations and legal requirements (e.g. WHG, municipal dewatering regulations, traffic requirements)

Complete studies in civil engineering (e.g. infrastructure, transport, urban water construction), transport or civil engineering planning or comparable Multiannual professional experience in infrastructure, development or location planning, ideally in the industrial environment Knowledge of transport and development planning, dewatering, rainwater management and thickening as well as media and transport coordination Safe handling of CAD systems (e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit), GIS knowledge of advantage Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation in complex projects Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Willingness to project-dependent travel in Germany and abroad
