For the area Recruiting der Vergölst GmbH we are looking for a working student (m/w/d) at the Hannover location for approx. 20h/week and for a period of approximately 12 months (extension to up to 24 months possible). For a certain proportion of the tasks, there is also the possibility to work on the mobile. We are looking for creative minds that have fun at work in the team as well as innovative ideas and challenging goals. Your task is to actively support the Recruiting Team and to treat current topics independently. Applicant management and correspondence Ensuring complete and high-quality data management/document in the applicant management system Processing and tendering of job advertisements Participation in continuous process optimizations Support for special topics and projects as well as reporting Creation of presentations Transfer of applications to departments including follow-up
