Intern Lean Management Medical (m/f/d)

You actively participate in the Lean Manager's daily business at the location and support the identification of optimization potentials. Your first project management experiences help you in the initiation and independent management of lean projects in the production environment – you will implement measures in close coordination with the production managers. You will also participate in various Lean workshops. The implementation of Lean methods, such as 5S, TPM, Shopfloor Management, etc., is also one of your tasks.

You complete a degree in engineering or mechanical engineering, industrial engineering (e.g. with a focus on lean management or production) or in a comparable degree course. Ideally, you have first practical experience in an industrial company. Personally, you convince by your initiative, analytical skills, result orientation, organisational skills and quality orientation. The safe handling of MS Office applications is obvious to you (SAP knowledge is advantageous). You have great interest in a production-related activity and in software applications there. Your skill of persuasion, your structured way of working and your communications talent are yours. You have very good German and good English skills.
