You take over the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment and components in apartments and residential buildings. You can handle sockets, switches, lighting systems, distributors, fuses and simple building technology components. You carry out tests and functional checks in accordance with applicable regulations and ensure safe operation of electrical installations. You are modernizing existing systems, introducing smaller modifications and adjustments, ensuring modern, safe solutions. You work in direct contact with residents – friendly, reliable and explain in a comprehensible way what you do. You can document your orders in a short and comprehensible manner so that MRP and team can keep an overview at any time.

Complete training as an electrician, an electronic engineer for energy and building technology, an electrical installer, an operating electrician or a comparable qualification Experience in maintenance, repair or service in the field of electrical – ideally in buildings or in the residential area Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment and valid standards and safety regulations Joy of work in inhabited apartments and houses and a professional appearance towards tenants and owners Self-employed, structured working and a pronounced sense of security Good knowledge of German for coordination with residents, clients and the team Class B driving licence for flexible use in daily business
