Dispatcher (m/f/d)

You coordinate the exit of goods and goods and ensure a smooth run between warehouses, drivers, forwarders and internal departments. You create and manage freight and shipping documents for national and international transport, including export and customs documents. You control transport orders, create forwarding orders, and monitor the timely execution of all shipments. You maintain transports and deliveries in the system, carry out goods receipts and goods exit bookings and manage the pallet stock. You act as a central interface between warehouse, customer support and external partners and ensure a continuous flow of information. You perform administrative tasks such as package acceptance, visitor registration, scanning of documents and communication by email. You pay attention to compliance with safety regulations as well as order and cleanliness in your work area.

Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding, logistics or industry, e.g. as forwarding businessman (m/w/d), industrial businessman (m/w/d) or comparable. First professional experience in logistics, shipping processing or transport coordination of advantage. Safe handling of MS Office as well as experience with warehouse management and ERP systems, ideally SAP EWM, GP3 or Atlas. Structured, reliable and independent operation. Organisational skills and a good understanding of logistics processes. Communication strength and joy in cooperation with various internal and external contacts. Good knowledge of German in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage.
