Creation, structuring and quality assurance of project-relevant documentation (e.g. manuals, guidelines, procedural instructions) Development and standardization of processes and procedures in the project environment Methodological preparation and support of the MRR phase (in particular documentation and audit reading) Coordination and coordination with internal and external stakeholders as well as project partners on documentary and process-relevant topics clarification of technical questions with partners and ensuring consistent documentation Compilation of specifications and guidelines for management Ensuring compliance with quality, documentation and governance requirements Supporting the project organisation through structured processing of information, results and processes Bringing Best Practices and Lessons Learned to the Sustainable Development of Project and Documentation Standards

Complete technical studies (engineering/process engineering/economic engineering) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in creating and controlling complex project documentation, ideally in the context of custom production, plant construction or challenging industrial projects Experience in handling documentation and quality systems Experience in technical documentation (PQMP, MIP, MCP, Reports) Creation and standardization of processes & procedures Knowledge of quality and compliance documents Experience in Audit/ Review Preparation (MRR, FAT) Technical understanding (production, metrology, welding etc.) Structured and precise operation Interface and Stakeholder Management High quality and detail Experience with documentation and configuration management Very good German and good to very good English skills
