As Senior Manager (m/w/d), you will design the strategic orientation and further development of Transaction Banking (TxB), identify new business models, markets and growth opportunities and drive their conceptual development forward. You analyse market, competition and technology trends and derive strategic initiatives, future topics and new business and cooperation approaches to the sustainable strengthening of Transaction Banking. You are responsible for strategic partner management, including evaluation and further development of cooperation and cooperation models. You are responsible for the preparation and coordination of management and body decisions by drawing up sound decision bases and strategic recommendations. You are involved in selected M&A and structural projects in order to implement our department strategy. You ensure the alignment of participations, partnerships and initiatives in the overall strategy of Transaction Banking in trusted cooperation with all relevant stakeholders.

Successfully completed economic studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional practice in a highly strategic and conceptual function, for example in strategy consulting, corporate development, enterprise development, in-house consulting or a comparable role Experience in managing complex projects and stakeholder constellations at management level Of advantage: routine in strategic equity or partner management as well as in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and transactions Sovereign communication and presentation skills, combined with a sophisticated strategic, conceptual and analytical approach Very good German and English in word and writing
