Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Service Department For our service areas, we are looking for a dedicated/n specialist in quality management and quality assurance, which contributes with organizational talent and a view for details to continuously secure and further develop our high quality standards!

Participation in the performance planning and description of all service providers and beneficiaries Order processing of performance and quality controls in the operational units including corresponding documentation and reporting such as participation in monthly discussions Project support for the operational units as well as the acquisition and support of tasks for subprojects Preparation and support of tenders Creation and control of evaluations, accounting and control lists Processing of direct and special orders as well as complaints and complaint management

Completed training as a farmer for nutrition and care management, master of the household industry, quality manager or a comparable qualification Hospital experience as well as performance planning, quality assurance and complaint management Experience in project management and implementation of improvement processes Self-contained, structured and reliable operation with high operational readiness and flexibility Team spirit, strong communication strength and solution-oriented thinking
