Your new sphere of action

The CJD is an experienced and competent supporter of integration aid with Christian profile, anchored throughout the North. In Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, we operate two stationary facilities in Eckernförde for people with disabilities in the field of Women and companions** for people with disabilities and provide ambulant assistance in several counties.

In addition, there are stationary and outpatient offers of integration aid in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The CJD Nord is present along the entire Baltic Sea coast in almost all areas of social work. A total of 850 employees work in 12 departments.

As a leader in the social economy, you will develop and answer the two stationary offers in the area of ‘wound and accompanying’ with around 50 employees.

Your New Task

• Strategic management and further development of offers in the field Women and companions in the CJD Nord in Schleswig-Holstein under the leadership of a specialist department
• Guidance of team management of stationary offers and Monitoring of the use of control instruments for the educational and economic development of residential buildings
• Implementation and further development of pedagogical concepts, in particular with regard to BTHG and a future-oriented social space orientation
• Proactive cooperation in internal and external bodies**
• Proactive network work at local level
• Conversion and further development of quality management in stationary offers
• Commitment to the strategic planning and development of the area of “Wohnen und Zubehör” in the CJD Nord

Your profile

• Completed study of Social education, Heilpädagogik, Social work or Social management
• Comparative qualification
• Equalification and qualification as a management
• Experience in the management and development of employees in the demanding environment of stationary integration aid**
• Knowledge in labour and social law, MVG.EKD and Sales
• Funded knowledge in the field of Social Codes and BTHG
• Over-average engagement, resistance, responsibility and Objectiveness
• self-employed work, responsibility, Organization and negotiation skillsMembership in a Christian church
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
