You promote activation and everyday competence through targeted therapeutic and social care offerings – with the aim of preserving or restoring their self-employment. If necessary, you will take care of the treatment care. We appreciate your experience in risk assessment and action planning supported by our modern digital care documentation. You are a contact person and advise the seniors and their relatives. Your working hours depend on your needs and are divided into two layers – in the morning or in the afternoon. Our support takes place Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00. You are a trained nursing specialist and brings a healthy sensitivity to people in need of care. Your dealing with our residents is not only appreciated by them, but also by our team. With your collaboration in the team, you will enjoy an atmosphere of cooperation and trust.
