In this position, you are responsible for a defined business area (national & international) and act as a savings partner at eye level – for employees and managers: You advise executives and employees in your care area on all personal topics – empathic, solution-oriented and legally secure You control the entire recruitment process: from demand analysis to applicant management to successful onboarding You process inquiries service-oriented – always in line with labour law, business and business environments You work with the works council trustfully and tax participation processes confidently and predictively You take responsibility in overarching HR projects that continue to develop our organization

You have a degree in economics or business sciences with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year, well-founded professional experience in a similar position – ideally in an international industrial environment You work out with all M365 applications and ideally have experience with HR management software You conduct conversations sovereignly, have a good judgment and communicate safely at all levels You are convinced by analytical thinking, conceptual strength and a structured, self-responsive way of working – and you are always discreet with sensitive topics You like to work in the team, stay resilient and flexible even in intensive phases – and bring with you knowledge of English that is safe from negotiation
