You can provide the service with quantitative and qualitative indicators. As part of the leadership team, you actively shape the working environment and develop pragmatic ideas for tomorrow's customer service. Close cooperation with other locations and services for cross-site coordination. You have already gained experience as a team leader (m/w/d) or in a comparable role.
