Planning and project management responsibility of the Gewerk Architecture within general planning and EPCM projects Development and planning of innovative architectural solutions and designs in the field of object planning with focus on the performance phases 1 to 5 of HOAI for complex projects, buildings and installations of the high-tech industry Content and organisational responsibility for expert planning teams in the field of architecture Control of the planning process in general planning projects and superordinate coordination and interface with internal and external planning participants Consulting our customers as well as Sparring with internal departments with regard to planning processes

Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture or a comparable qualification Multiannual well-founded professional experience in a comparable position with planning or project management responsibility for a general planning company Knowledge of object planning and special knowledge in the field of clean room planning desirable Knowledge and experience in integral model-based planning desirable German and English knowledge in word and writing Willingness to project-related travel Own-responsible, conceptual, structured and cross-works work Solution-oriented negotiation skills and good sense for people and facts
