We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of renewable energies: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Strategically: You continuously develop the sector strategy and work closely with the leadership team

Optimize business models: You monitor independently existing business models and processes in the environment of renewable energies, identify market opportunities and risks and develop sound recommendations for action

Market & Regulatorik: You independently observe the energy market and regulatory developments, identify relevant trends and translate these to Mainova

Intensify trend analysis: you assess the implications of technological, political and economic trends on existing business models and processes

Promoting innovation: You conduct independent ideas on business field development, generate new concepts, present them and provide recommendations for implementation and prioritization in the field strategy

Transfer knowledge: You coordinate association management responsibly and ensure a structured knowledge transfer in the area

Strengthening the Network: You control external service providers and build a relevant network for business field development and maintain this

Responsibilities: You develop subject-specific topics of the department and take on special topics

Complete university studies, preferably in economics, engineering, energy, environment or political sciences - or comparable qualifications

Experience in the field of business development and a basic understanding of the energy market and renewable energies

Digital competence and sovereign handling of modern tools and digital working methods

Very good coordination and organizational skills to control several topics in parallel

Strong team and collaborative ability to design cross-disciplinary cooperation

High initiative and commitment, combined with the willingness to continuously acquire new knowledge
