Deputy Head of Nursing / Deputy Head of Nursing PDL – Outpatient Care (m/f/d)

Your tasks with usOrganization & Planning: independent creation of tour and service plans as well as administration of regulations, medicines and recipes. Quality & Counselling: First visits, care visas, consulting assignments according to § 37.3 SGB XI and participation in internal quality management (QM). Staff management: expert guidance, training and support of the care team. Care practice (approximately 50 %): active support on tour (including weekend service every second weekend) as well as holiday and disease representation. Documentation: Reliable and complete care documentation.

You bring this withQualification: Complete training as a nursing professional / nursing professional, health care and nursing professional or nursing care professional (3 yearly examinated). Willingness to develop: PDL further education is not necessary at the beginning – we promote your path there. Leadership potential: First management experience is welcome, but no requirement – motivation and sense of responsibility count. Mobility: Class B driving licence (necessary). Personality: communication strength, empathy, organizational talent and a collegial leadership style.
