CNC Machining Specialist (m/f/d)

Create and optimize CNC programs for turning and milling parts independently (e.g. Siemens, Okuma or Heidenhain control) Actively further develop processing processes with regard to cycle time, tool life and process stability CNC lathes and milling machines, set up and operate Components according to technical drawings and specifications Conduct initial sample tests as well as ongoing measurement and quality control Machines wait, maintain and take over smaller maintenance, if necessary Bringing your own ideas into our continuous improvement process (KVP)

Complete vocational training as a machining mechanic (turning/milling technique) or comparable qualification Professional experience in CNC cutting Safe handling of common CNC controls (e.g. Siemens, Okuma, Heidenhain) – and the desire to work into new programming logics Joy in questioning and actively improving processing processes instead of only performing. Secure reading and conversion of technical drawings Careful, quality-conscious and independent working Teamability and readiness for shiftwork
