(Senior) Marketing Manager Corporate Website & Analytics – Elternzeitvertretung (m/f/d)

Strategic CMS Management & Agency Management: You are responsible for the strategic development of our CMS Magnolia, the technical basis for over 25 international EOS websites. You actively shape the technical roadmap, priority projects and control our external agency in implementation International Web Consulting: In the team you are an important Sparring partner for our international colleagues around all relevant website topics. You proactively advise them from search engine optimization (SEO) through user experience (UX) to content management and enable them to optimize their websites independently in the backend. Holistic Marketing Analytics: As a central point of contact in the team, you combine data from different sources (e.g. website performance, international campaigns) to draw a holistic picture of marketing success. You define relevant KPIs and start meaningful and automated dashboards with Power BI. Strategic optimization & impulses: You translate the acquired analysis knowledge into concrete strategies. With your expertise, you develop data-based concepts for optimizing our digital channels. In addition, you actively explore market trends, evaluate the potential of new technologies (e.g. AI in marketing, marketing automation) and provide strategic impulses for the future. Digital Governance & Accessibility: You are actively promoting digital accessibility and advising our international teams in implementing standards. At the same time, you are the coordinating interface for governance issues around hosting, domains and data protection-compliant tracking.

You have a completed (special) university degree with a focus on (digital) marketing, business informatics or comparable training. You have gathered several years of experience in digital marketing, where you have demonstrated both the strategic management of web projects (including agency management) and the advisory work with international stakeholders. Very good analytical skills and a strong technical understanding in the digital marketing area are what distinguishes you. A safe handling of common analysis tools is of course for you. In particular, you bring well-founded knowledge to Power BI. Experience with our Enterprise-CMS Magnolia is beneficial. You love international cooperation and speak fluent English. Ideally, you have already worked in an international context.
