Support of the project management for correspondence, applications and administrative tasks Compilation of documents for award procedures, applications for participation, prequalifications Management of all ongoing procedures in the relevant procurement portals support in the back office; Organization of Office Processes Information and communication interface to awarding agencies and contracting entities Support in creating project references

You have a successfully completed commercial or technical training High level of liability and sense of responsibility as well as cooperation and team capacity Independent, structured and reliable working in the team Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
