Your tasks: Leadership and professional development of a team in work preparation Planning and coordination of production processes and production processes Creation and optimization of work plans and production documents Coordination with design, manufacturing, purchasing and other specialist areas Ensuring timely and efficient production preparation Optimization of existing processes and workflows Planning and control of capacities and resources Support for technical and organisational issues in the production environment

Your profile: Completed technical training, training to master/technician or comparable qualification Alternatively, a completed study in the field of economic engineering or the like First leadership experience and professional experience required in shipbuilding Experience in working preparation, manufacturing planning, construction or a comparable technical profession Technical understanding and a good understanding of production processes
