The specialist for food technology is the multi-talent in the food industry, as it has a holistic view of the complexity of the company. It maintains all processes from the input of raw materials to the finished product. It adopts goods and assembles the raw materials for recipes. It sets up machines and plants, starts production and monitors all processes, including storage and packaging. It intervenes in case of deviations or disturbances, controls the quality of the products and maintains or waits the machines and plants.
