In order to strengthen our team at the Diakonie-Sozialstation Apolda, we are looking for dedicated nursing staff (m/w/d) in part-time or full-time at the earliest possible time**.

Your tasks

• Outpatient care, care and care of our patients in their home environment
• independent implementation of nursing measures
• Documentation of care services and cooperation in the interdisciplinary team

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an elderly caregiver, health caregiver or nurse
• Joy in working with people in need of care and help
• Reliability, friendliness, empathy and team skills
• Quality-conscious work
• Professional experience in (outpatient) care is desirable, but no requirement
• Valid passenger car license
• readiness to shift, weekend and holiday services
